After the course

Enjoy the technique you've just learnt while receiving lifetime support from your teacher and access to group meditations.

Sit the 4 day course

On the first day you will receive your personalised mantra. The following 3 days we will delve into the mechanics of how to use your mantra and how this practice will support you in your day to day life.

Don't worry there wont be any exams!

Each session is 60 to 90 minutes in length.
